Literacy Volunteers of Union County - Volunteers from this organization come to the Main Branch of the Elizabeth Public Library to provide free instruction in English as a Second Language. In addition to the contacts provided on their Web page, you may visit or call the library (354-6060 ext. 7207: ask for Lillian) on most Wednesday evenings from 6:00-9:00pm for additional information. Literacy Volunteers of Union County is affiliated with Literacy Volunteers of America.
