Reader's Services provide circulating fiction and nonfiction books for
the reading pleasure and research needs of Elizabeth Public Library card
holders. Reader's Services, also, provides interlibrary loan service,
which allows Elizabeth resident library card holders to borrow books and
photocopied material, which the library does not own. Reader's
Services provide its homebound Elizabeth resident library card holders with
books each week through a shut-in service, whereby books are delivered to
the home bound's home upon request..
